We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital investigations and ethical hacking services, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:
Service Non-Completion – If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen technical limitations or internal constraints, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Duplicate Transactions – If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
Unauthorized Transactions – If you did not authorize a payment, contact us immediately to review and process a refund if deemed valid.
Service Disputes – If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
Non-Refundable Cases:
If the service has been completed as per the agreed scope.
If results do not meet personal expectations due to limitations in digital evidence.
If incorrect or incomplete information was provided, affecting the outcome of the service.
If delays occur due to third-party restrictions, legal constraints, or client non-cooperation.
